Public audit first. Permission before deeper review.

This policy explains what Cliphorium collects when you request an audit, how that information is used, and how we handle access for permissioned backend reviews.

๐Ÿ“‹

Information We Collect

When you request an audit, we may collect your name, business email, company name, website, package interest, timeline, and operations notes.

๐Ÿงญ

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to schedule audit calls, scope workflow needs, prepare deployment plans, communicate with you, and deliver Cliphorium services.

๐Ÿšซ

No Sale of Personal Data

Cliphorium does not sell personal data. Information is used for direct business communication and service delivery.

๐Ÿ”

Limited Access Principle

Public audits do not require login or backend access. Deeper reviews require written approval and temporary limited access or screen share.

Security and Retention

We keep audit and service records only as needed for operations, service history, audit trails, legal requirements, and support.

Contact

For privacy questions or updates, use the audit request form or email hello@cliphorium.com.

Public Audit First. Permission Before Deeper Review.

Cliphorium does not need a business ownerโ€™s personal password. Backend review only begins after approval and limited access is arranged.

Account Deletion and Data Retention

Cliphorium customers can request account deletion from their account settings or by contacting hello@cliphorium.com. When an account deletion request is received, Cliphorium will delete or anonymize eligible account data and customer workspace data unless retention is required for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes.
